Objective of Club:The Uprise Club has three sub categories Technical Club, Sports Club, Social & Cultural Club. The aim of the Club is to enlighten and enhance the knowledge among students to propagate for their future through organizing and facilitating technical events related to Programming and Technical support. This Club is for the students to explore & sharpen the technical skills. Students interact with technologies, share ideas and enjoy the tech world by combining their creativity with technology. Various programming competitions are organized by this Club for the students who are technically very sound.

Club stands to promote exposure to the field of computer technology and networking outside of the regular curriculum. Club aims in personality development involving live activities/ interactions in an industrial setting.

Sports Club encourages our students to develop their sports skills in various outdoor and indoor games like Football, Cricket, Basketball, Ball Badminton Courts, Kabaddi, and Volleyball, Athletics, Chess, swimming, Carom, Table Tennis, Shuttle, Physical Fitness Program (conducted in Gym), Powerlifting and Weightlifting. Our college has grounds and equipment for each of these sports. The Club also encourages the students to participate in Inter College and Intra College sports competitions. Our students have won University, State and National Level championships in pistol shooting, archery, water polo, basketball, badminton & cricket etc. The performance of our teams in lawn tennis, swimming, table-tennis etc has been equally commendable. In chess, polo, and in some other individual events too our students have performed quite well.

Aim of the Social and Cultural Club is to develop leadership skills among the students and promote the intercultural relations and welfare of students.

This Club is to help students keep in touch with the rich cultural values, customs and traditions of our country. The Cultural Club aims at molding the personality of students and exposes them to a wide range of cultural events throughout the year.

Mr. Avijit Behera TREASURER
  • Collects or receives all Club money including dues, gifts and receipts, pays all bills after approval by president, executive Club members and faculty coordinators.
Mr. Bhoopendra MEMBER
  • Writes/edits communications including newsletters, invitations, and broadcast emails.
  • Plans and organizes events.
  • Serves as primary source of the event.
  • Coordinates with non-registered students.
  • Works to increase the membership and attendance of all events.
