BootCamp for Final year
The BootCamp for Final Year Students at GNIOT was a structured technical training initiative aimed at equipping students with practical skills and placement readiness. It focused on aptitude building, coding proficiency, technical interviews, and mock assessments. The program was tailored for engineering departments aligning with current industry demands. This intensive BootCamp significantly boosted student confidence and performance in campus recruitment drives.
Quiz Pratispardha
Quiz Pratispardha was an intellectually stimulating event organized for second- and third-year B.Tech students at GNIOT, aimed at encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and a deeper understanding of core engineering concepts. The quiz was designed to go beyond textbook knowledge and assess students' application-oriented learning and analytical abilities. The AMCAT Exam for was conducted by GNIOT's 360° UpSkills department for second and third year B.Tech students across all branches. The exam assessed core aptitude, logical reasoning, English proficiency, and domain-specific technical skills, offering students insights into their employability levels. These assessments aimed to prepare students for off-campus recruitment and enhance placement readiness. Participation in AMCAT helped familiarize students with industry-standard evaluation formats, making it a key tool in their professional development journey.

The AMCAT Exam for was conducted by GNIOT's 360° UpSkills department for second and third year B.Tech students across all branches. The exam assessed core aptitude, logical reasoning, English proficiency, and domain-specific technical skills, offering students insights into their employability levels. Coding Maharathi
The Coding Maharathi Competition was organized by GNIOT's 360° UpSkills team for second- and third-year B.Tech students across all branches. The two-round event began with a bug-finding challenge via Google Form. The finalists—40 students—competed in the second round focused on placement-level coding problems. The winners were felicitated by Honourable Director Prof. (Dr.) Dhiraj Gupta. This competition fostered competitive coding skills, logical reasoning, and preparation for real-world technical interviews, aligned with the institute's emphasis on hands-on learning and career readiness.
Online Test Spoken Tutorial from IIT Bombay
The Spoken Tutorial Online Test from IIT Bombay enabled GNIOT B.Tech students to validate their proficiency in key Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) tools. Held across departments during July–December 2022, over 900 students appeared. These assessments reinforced hands on learning, improved software literacy, and added value to student portfolios—boosting their employability and bridging the gap between academic knowledge and practical competence.
LitCoder AI-based Assessment
The LitCoder AI-based assessment, introduced in collaboration with GNIOT, evaluated B.Tech students on coding quality, maintainability, readability, scalability, and security. Leveraging LitCoder's proprietary algorithm, students received a unique LitCoder Score based on 16 code-quality parameters across languages. This assessment went beyond functional correctness to reinforce clean coding practices and industry-grade software standards. It provided actionable feedback and detailed analytics to students and faculty alike, helping identify areas for improvement. By aligning with global code-quality benchmarks, the initiative enhanced students' preparedness for technical interviews and modern software roles.
